The Pork and Sausage Jambalaya Cook-Off will be held Saturday, Feb 1st from 11:00 am - 2:00 pm at the venue. Registration for each team is 80.00. 3 lbs. of Veron's sausage will be provided and teams are expected to provide all other ingredients and equipment for a 5 lbs pork and sausage jambalaya and tent. Cash prizes will be awarded to 1st, 2nd and 3rd place.
